My approach to teaching Yoga follows the traditional style I learned in India. I will ensure that your body is properly warmed up before the Asana (pose), Pranayam (breathing exercise), and Dhyan (meditation) practices begin. I follow a careful approach when introducing techniques. You will be getting the flavour of authentic Yoga, while experiencing your body and breath in an entirely new way. Each of her session incorporates breathing, meditation and physical poses.
