Elevate Group Class Framework

Our fitness structure is focused on functionality, with no need for fancy equipment or machines. Our workouts are designed to connect your mind and body through progressive movement patterns, incorporating low to high-intensity cardiovascular exercises, core conditioning, and mobility training. Our 60-minute classes begin with a warm-up and end with a yoga cool down to help you achieve a balanced workout. And don't worry if you can't do a particular exercise, we have modifications for everything to ensure everyone can participate and progress at their own pace.

Strength & Conditioning

This workout routine is designed to help you build strength and sculpt your body by progressively increasing your weight with each set. It's the perfect combination for burning body fat and building lean muscle mass. By emphasizing proper form and set-up, you'll develop a new connection with your body that will help you achieve your fitness goals. This routine is suitable for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced gym-goer, you'll be able to challenge yourself and see results.

Pilates

(Low Impact - a perfect class for beginners)

Get ready to feel the burn in muscles you never knew you had with controlled and isolated movements. Despite its gentle pace, this class is designed to challenge you using just your bodyweight and light dumbbells (2-5 lbs). You'll improve your posture, find balance and stability, and leave feeling stronger and more energized. This class is suitable for all levels, making it the perfect choice for beginners who want to improve their overall fitness and flexibility.

Core + Cardio/ Athletic Training

Our class combines weighted and bodyweight exercises to help you build muscle, strengthen your core, and improve your cardiovascular endurance. We use isometric and dynamic movements to engage all muscle groups, and our workouts are high-intensity and high-energy (but we always encourage you to listen to your body and adjust the pace as needed). This class is designed to promote cardiovascular endurance, strength, lean muscle growth, and fat loss, giving you a well-rounded workout that will leave you feeling challenged and energized.
